My Gamecube games are just ISOs in one folder and USBLoader GX or Nintendont (not sure which) doesn't like this folder structure, I've manually created a few games by creating a sub-folder moving in the iso and renaming it to game.iso and that works.

I've pointed it at my collection of wbfs files and it creates a window of games with a boxart and metadata, ok cool.
